Ingredients - chocolate pound cake
2 1/4 cup flour1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup butter
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1 pkg German chocolate, melted and cooled
1/2 cup coconut,

3 oz semi sweet chocolate
1 tbsp butter
Directions - chocolate pound cake
Mix flour with sugar, salt, cream of tartar, soda and cinnamon. Cream butter to soften. Add four mixture, milk and vanilla. Mix until all flour is moistened, then beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Add eggs and chocolate. Beat 1 minute more. Pour into prepared 10 inch tube pan. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325°F or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes.
